This Privacy Policy describes how Lokal Immo ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you download and use the application available on Google Play. Lokal Immo is a property utility app designed for Mauritius, currently providing land-area conversions between local and commonly used measurement units such as perches, toises, arpents, square metres, and square feet. The App is intended to help users understand and compare property-related measurements quickly. We may add additional property and finance tools in the future, such as fee or loan calculators.

1. Information We Collect Directly

Lokal Immo does not require account creation or sign-in. The App does not directly request or access your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, or personal files.

Measurements and calculations entered into the App are processed locally on your device for the purpose of providing conversion results. We do not operate a user account system or maintain a database of your calculation history.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the App may display advertising served through Google AdMob. To provide and measure advertising, AdMob and its partners may collect and process information such as:

• Advertising identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID
• Device and technical information, such as device model, operating system, language, and app-related identifiers
• IP address and approximate location inferred from it
• Advertising and interaction data, such as impressions, clicks, and viewability

This information is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy, and its advertising policies, available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. We do not independently collect or store this advertising data ourselves.

3. Google Play Services and Analytics

Google Play may provide us with aggregated or otherwise non-personally-identifying information about app installs, usage, crashes, and performance. We use this information to understand overall app performance and improve the App.

Where Google services process personal information, Google handles that information under Google's own privacy policies and terms.

4. Payments and In-App Purchases

If Lokal Immo later offers paid features or in-app purchases, payments will be processed through Google Play Billing. We will not receive or store your full payment card details, bank account details, or billing address through the App. Google handles payment processing and provides the App with the information necessary to confirm the purchase and unlock the applicable feature.

If paid features are not available in a particular version of the App, this section still describes how payment data would be handled if such features are introduced.
